Achievements: Reserve Champion Stallion at Rastede, Germany, Goldfuerst went on to become Champion of German 3 Year Old Riding Horses. He has completed successfully through Grand Prix Dressage.

Production: Diamonds & Mink, (now called Silhouette), by Goldfuerst, (HAN/TB dam), scored 88% at Dressage at Devon, and was Res. Champion 2 Year Old Filly out of 38. Son Goldstorm, (TB dam), placed in 1992 in the Top 5, at Dressage at Devon in Yearlings, and in 1993 in 2 Year Old Colts and Geldings, with scores in the 80%'s. (Both youngsters bred by Tellwynd Farm).

Sire's Pedigree: Goldstern- Sired the black, Glorieux, 1987 Oldenburg Champion Stallion and Champion of German Riding Horses in 1988. In 1989, Glorieux was Reserve Champion of his 100 Day Test. Another Goldstern son, Going For Gold was awarded the title Premium Stallion at his certification and is competing in dressage. Goldstern has sired at least 35 advanced show jumpers currently competing, making him a leading sire in Germany. Goldstern's sire, Gotthard, led the German Sire List for showjumpers from 1975 - 1982.

Dam's Pedigree: Donrena - Sire Donkosak was sold to France and became an international jumper, his offspring in Germany were very successful, so Donkosak was returned to Germany at great expense. His Approved son Don Rico was Champion 3 Year Old at the 1987 South German Championships. Donkosak is by the great jumper sire, Don Carlos, sire of European Champion, Deister. The Don Carlos son Dynamo is the leading German sire of showjumpers in his age group, with Dollar Girl, winner of the $500,000 1993 Canadian du Maurier Cup. Donrena's dam sire, More Magic xx sired Mon Cherie, European Dressage Champion and 1980 Olympic Gold Medal winner.

GOLDFUERST has been fully approved as a breeding stallion. He has shown himself to be a horse of exceptional quality in performance and has been very successful in top German competition. He placed sixth in his performance test in Adelheitsdorf.

GOLDFUERST'S sire GOLDSTERN, is a son of the famous GOTTHARD and out of the same line that produced the successful Olympic show-jumper, DEISTER. GOLDFUERST has also demonstrated the ability to consistently deliver brilliant performance. On his dam's side, MORE MAGIC- an Irish Thoroughbred - has produced many good horses, the most prominent of which is the grey gelding MON CHERIE, who was, under Elizabeth Theurer of Austria, a European champion and Olympic gold medal winner in 1980. Also on the dam's side is DONKOSAK - a top show jumper - sired by DON CARLOS, who also produced DEISTER.

As a three year old, GOLDFUERST won the German riding horse championship. He was also champion in Rastede, West Germany. These achievements give him a unique position and a claim to distinction. GOLDFUERST was trained and shown in Germany by extremely competent and experienced personnel. GOLDFUERST, (although with his bloodlines should have been a jumper), competer successfully in this country through Grand Prix dressage. Goldfuerst is an exceptionally kind stallion with a wonderful temperament.
